Four years ago I began my fitness journey as a skinny, weak, and severely underweight teen. I wanted to build confidence and be comfortable in my own skin. My goal was to get bigger and stronger, so I started lifting weights. I quickly fell in love with it the moment I saw progress.
I want people to not be ashamed of their bodies. Our bodies are like a temple so we have to sculpt it and take care of it. I hope my transformation will inspire others to do the same.
